As a leading consulting company, PFA always thinks about how to contribute more to the society. At the same time, PFA, as a member of the globe and the local community, plays an active role in participating CSR activities.

Considering how to be more effectively to contribute to our society, PFA is not only taking CSR itself but also introducing and persuading clients to take CSR. This something is difficult to be achieved by most of the companies in the world and the best contribution we PFA think we can make to the world.

Therefore, PFA introduces United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) to the clients when advising them for compliance and CSR. From providing the basic information of UNGC through preparing annual UNGC report after joining UNGC, PFA provides the most complete UNGC consulting services to the clients.

Japanese government launched the nationalwide global warning awareness raising. PFA is aggressively participating this campaign through setting up many policies of PFA.

PFA’s recruiting policy excludes any of the discrimination, including sex, age, and nationality. Currently, the employees in PFA are from many countries and their ages ranges from late 20 years old to nearly 70 years old.

PFA designs the activity of Free challenge Day. It is held one day per month for employees to draft and propose the ideas about how to helps PFA to contribute to the society and take more social responsibilities.
